Don't miss out!!! The MacGregor House has only two weeks available in July and August for the 2021 season!!! July 25-August 1, 2021 and August 8-15, 2021.

Thank you for a great summer season. We are now taking reservations for the 2021 season!!!
Going forward the MacGregor House is the only property available for rent on a regular basis through 13milesout.com as the Beach House is now a full time family residence. A special thank you to all the guests who have stayed at the Beach House over the years! We appreciate your business and hope to see you at the MacGregor House in the years to come!
The MacGregor House sleeps 9 guests, has one and a half baths, a new washer dryer, new bedding and a hot tub coming in July 2021. If you are looking to rent the MacGregor House in 2021 we strongly suggest that you reserve your spot as soon as possible because we expect dates in the high season to be sold out in the next two weeks. We recommend that you book through our website for the best prices and we also offer available bookings through VRBO.

A dear family had to cancel at the last minute so we have availability in both houses from tomorrow August 23 through August 30th. Book for a couple of days or for a week! We also have some special rates for bookings in September which is one of the best months to visit the Island!!!

There is still time before the unofficial end of Summer and then we welcome the Fall, an amazing time to be on the Island!!! We have daily (two night minimum) and weekly rentals available at the Beach House and the MacGregor House. Come see what Block Island has to offer during the shoulder season. The Mary D. Ball was a huge success thanks in large part to the Donnelly family, Sean and Rosalie Kivlehan, the staff at the Sullivan House and the Mary D. Ball committee! It's always a treat to see friends and family, who come from far and wide, dressed in their finery and dancing up a storm!!! Thirteen Miles Out would like to thank Peggy McLoughlin and her extended family (and boy there are many of ya!!!) for your years of staying with us during Mary D. Ball week and helping to make this part of summer something we look forward to year after year! Love and best wishes to all who make this time of year very special here on the Island.
