🎉 Welcome Home, Students! 🏠📚

What a week of move-ins! Across the Acme Residential portfolio, we’ve had an incredible week welcoming students to their new homes for the upcoming academic year.

From University Courtyard in Athens to Lofts at 5 Lyon and Off Broadway in Grand Rapids, and Hunter’s Ridge in Kalamazoo, our teams have been working hard to make move-in day exciting, smooth, and welcoming for every resident.

A huge thank you to our onsite teams, vendors, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make this week such a success. We’re proud to see our communities come alive with new residents, new friendships, and plenty of school spirit!
