MARKET UPDATE:
Market times and the frequency of price reductions are rising but the best listings continue to sell quickly—frequently for full or
over-asking price. So it's still a great time to sell!
Things are better for buyers too as mortgage rates have been declining again and the buying frenzy of the last year has slowed down, allowing more reasonable time to view homes and make fair-priced offers.
AVERAGE SALES PRICE IN OAKLAND COUNTY IN NOVEMBER WAS $403,000, UP 3% FROM THE PRIOR MONTH.
