It was closing day for my amazing client!!! CASH OFFER with 14 day close 😮‍💨 and not a kink in sight. Transaction was smooth all the way through
Fun fact: I met my client’s dad YEARS ago. He was my to go to GM. I purchased a slew of cars from him. I was a reoccurring customer with a need to buy a new car every year and a half🤪. He was the person I went to to get my daughters there first cars. A business relationship turn into a pure friendship!!
It was a full circle moment when he came to me when he was ready to buy his son his first home 🏠

HAPPY Closing day for my amazing client Wilberto🥳🥳. This is what persistence looks like🏠
I actually placed Wilberto in the home that he was renting. A few months into the lease the seller decided to sell. They had a small timeline to work with, but I insisted that he not settle just because he was in a rush to get out of the rental because the seller was making it unbearable for him and his wife to be comfortable.
He was very intentional and knew what he was looking for. He asked questions, he did his own research, he listened and trusted the process. Less than three weeks of looking, he found his beautiful future home. Multiple offers in place and I was able to negotiate his offer to being accepted🏠🥳🎈
