We will be giving out shopping bags for free, for you to carry multiple things to the hold table at once, not one at a time.
My staff will be more than willing to help, but they cannot carry to hold table this sale. As you all know they are always happy to help you in any other way.
I do not have enough guys to help load everyone's things. PLEASE, bring someone that can carry heavier things ex: Bags of fertilizer, buckets of things, large shrubs, trees, racks, ect.
There are some very tall trees out there, a 20 foot tree will NOT fit in a trunk no matter how hard you try! Please bring a suitable vehicle for the things you purchase.

Lovely house, Lovely things! The kitchen is chocked full. Small appliances, PYREX, dish sets including 2 Corelle sets.

In the dining area there is a wood table with 4 rolling chairs. There is also a super nice wood buffet,

In the living room, we have a matching sofa ad loveseat, excellent condition. There is a fold out coffee table that you can use as a desk, or a table, also a couple of end tables with matching lamps. There is a glass top TV stand with we aren't sure if it is a 55 or 60 in TV. It s a SMART TV, and comes with a sound bar.

There's vintage instruments, western spurs and bits, and lots of misc smalls.

In the hallway, there is a Christmas table, and further down another hall we have a room FULL of linens and vintage men's & woman's clothes. There are 3 or 4 men's Resistol hats in boxes in excellent condition!

Next door in another bedroom, we have office things, a VERY nice Futon, office chairs, a desk, a bookcase, lots of books and a complete KIRBY vacuum set up.

Across the hall is the master bedroom. There is a big KING size bed, that has a headboard with the attached nightstands. The Mattress is in great condition. There is a matching chest of draws and a dresser with a mirror , more vintage clothes on hangers.

Back down the hall is the bathroom, loaded with bathroom things. Out in the laundry room there is a washer ad dryer, a really nice tall storage cabinet, lots of cleaning and laundry supplies too. We can walk out to the garage through there.

LOTS of reloading including 4 reloaders, there is ammo, bullets and black powder, and gun parts and accessories, we also have 2 handguns, and a high end rare vintage scope!

We have a gas Golf cart for sale (not running) along with some Harley Davidson parts, including a seat! Lots of tools, a big toolbox, nails and screws galore, There is lots of really nice Misc things in the garage, DON'T just walk through!

In the back yard We have an antique Buckboard wagon, a tractor for parts or yard art, a shed full of guy stuff and more reloading, an old tractor grill. Out on the patio, we have 2 lawn mowers, a gorilla cart, a really nice yard art windmill, 3 chairs still wrapped , from storage. a RERIGERATOR, lots of POWER TOOLS, WOOD pellets, Fishing & camping things . a super nice PICNIC TABLE, a work bench, and lots of nice misc.

Moving into the Kitchen, there is LOTS, we couldn'nt fit them in the kitchen but 1 step down in the dining room, there are BRAND NEW BOXES & boxes of small applicances! There are also multiple sets of GOLD Flat wear with cases and without! A beautiful iron mirror, and my favorite , 2 big elephant decor pieces, A really nice White Birch dining table & 6 chairs, out on the balcony there is outdoor patio set, tall table and chairs.

There is an office with a ton of office supplies but lots of other things mixed in. Some very nice old books, some "Lucy" stuff still in boxes, Many Native American dolls some with tags, old toys, a old child scooter, camera things, and just a lot of misc.

There is a pantry room off the kitchen area that has lots of Ralph Lauren crystal glasses, a really nice unusual modern dish set, 2 other dish sets, A set of blue speckled enamelware dishes, to list a few.

Than we move down stairs to floor number 2. An entire room of Christmas and other holiday, not my favorite thing but a bunch of real rabbit pelts. Lots of bathroom items, another closet of clothes (really nice ones) Lots of vintage teeshirts, BRAND NEW ELECTRONIC, a TV, more LOG FURNITURE, a electronic keyboard and stand, A king bed, RECORDS, a BEAUTIFUL SUEDE COUCH, and entire closet of higher end mens vintage clothes, More smalls and Misc. Off of that there is a patio in the back loaded with furniture, dvds, vhs, and other Misc.

Finally the Garage! That is the ground Floor. Just too much to list. There are high end skis (Michael Sproul used to ski professionally) , lots of sports things, 2 high end bikes, a brand new snow board, and so much more. Best to look at pictures, just to much to list.

This is a BIG ONE, we have done many other Durango sales, this one is by far the best one we have done. DON"T MISS IT!

Welcome to another Four Corners Estate Sale!

This sale is beyond huge. We usually don't do Fridays but there is just so much. Every inch of the house has been used to stage. Rooms are pretty tight, so I'm alerting everyone that is uncomfortable in tight spaces to not come first thing in the morning. With that said we also have a 10 x 30 tent full of things, 4 sheds, a big patio, and the yard so besides the house there are other places to go. I think I am going to limited the amount of people I let in until the house isn't so crowded.

This sale is probably in the top 3 biggest ones we have done, and we have done quite a few!
We have a bunch of shopping bags we are going to give out so you can carry things around, because on Fri I don't have Christopher and his friends to carry to hold tables, as they have school.

Furniture cannot be picked up until late Sat or Sunday as we have so much staged on it, but if it gets emptied fast you can Pick it up Friday too.

So, where do I begin...

So many nice things, so many collectibles. If you know any Quilters or just people that sew, knit, crochet. this sale you will think you died and went to heaven! There are 3 really good sewing machines. 4 if you count the antique Singer, So much fabric, they could open a store, all types of sewing things, plus a ton of yarn too! Much of it is BRAND NEW!

If you looked at the pictures you can see all the vintage collectible glass. There is Fenton, Carnival, Indiana, Milk glass, Pink Milk glass, Ienox, A whole set of Haviland Limoges, a partial set of Limoges, a big set of vintage Japan, I think it was called Style House. As you can see in the pictures there is a LARGE assortment of Hens on a nest. They are probably the hottest item in vintage collectible glass right now, they sell like hotcakes on Ebay.
Also PYREX! We have never had so much Pyrex in one sale! If you are a collector this sale is for you.
The kitchen has a lot of new Kitchen aide attachments as well as a white kitchen aide mixer. There are many really nice small appliances, as well as lots of higher end cookware including vintage WAGNER & GRISWOLD Skillets!
We have only had one CLAW FOOT TUB in all the sales we have done, but we finally got another one in this sale! It is in excellent condition too!

There are 39 QUILTS! Most handmade, they are beautiful! We have a large selection of Salt & Pepper shakers too. Also a 48 STAR FLAG!

We also have 20 DESIGNER HANDBAGS from Coach, Dooney, Fossil, Rotan, Pendelton!

There is a leather (leatherette?, but I think leather) RECLINER COUCH, and matching recliner love seat.
We also have a 6 stack (I think you can make it 2 three stacks) Lawyers bookcase,
numerous CURIO CABINETS, some are corner, some are regular, we also have a cloth POWER RECLINER, great condition, a Queen bed in excellent condition, one of the nicest Antique Curio Secretary's we have ever had.

I KNOW the 6 chair (2 leaf) dining room table and matching China closet is the nicest I can remember EVER having. EVERY person that sees it says it is gorgeous because it is!
There are assorted dressers, some nice, some fair, all are wood though. There are 2 HOPE CHESTS, in the dining room area there are 2 really nice wood storage cabinets, another small hutch, and a big hutch too.

OMG! Do we have CHICKENS & ROOSTERS! A whole table plus all over the house we couldn't fit them on 1 table!
Check out the LARGE AMOUNT Of ACOMA Pottery, also LOTS of Kachinas! We also have NATIVE JEWELRY!

There is quite a bit of Colts collectibles, and a ELECTRIC FENDER Guitar!
Outside on the patio there are cool collectibles, lots of antique Ball jars, RECORDS, Boxes of books, there are super nice young ladies books, by Amish authors, they are like new. Also Hardcover, hardy boys, Nancy Drew, The little peppers and 5 FIRST edition Lone Ranger books! and hard and soft cover Lois Lamour books and TONS of old paperback WESTERNS.

I have so much to mark yet, but I did Christmas today, and there are some really nice Christmas things. I know..a year away, but still check it out.
Lots of tools, I really haven't marked under the tent yet, so can't really say what is there, but I know there are vintage clothes on that round rack.

We are selling two of the smaller I think they are called MORGAN SHEDS. 1 you can get on Mon or Tues the other probably Wed or Thurs. both have wood floors and are on Skids.

Just a HEADS UP!
Our next sale is Feb 7 & 8 in Bloomfield.
It is HUGE! We are starting to go through the first of 5 sheds today.

I have never seen such a pretty dining room table (and matching hutch. She had lots of collections of different things so there are MANY Curio and display cabinets too! There are MANY Pyrex bowls, Fenton, Carnival glass, milk glass, LOTS of HENS on a nest!
Sewing! OMG! there is so much fabric for quilting it literally takes up 3 tables, One table just has sport teams fabric. 3 sewing machines too!
There is lots of Native Acoma pottery, also Kachinas, kicknacks galore, vintage clothes, jeans, and overalls. Designer bags, an entire shed of Christmas, now I know it's a year away, but this is SUPER nice, clean, organized Christmas. Even shiny brites! We still have 2 sheds to go and we find more cool stuf everyday! This sale is so big, I think we are going to do 1/2 a day Fri and full days Sat & Sun.
We actually bought a 10 x 30 foot tent for additional room!

This is a really nice estate, something for everyone for sure!

There was so much, once again we had to move things to the patio. The holidays set us back a little but we are ready to roll for 2026! This is a great sale to start off the year!

We have Lots and lots of Jewelry! Beautiful old Native Jewelry, bracelets, rings, necklaces, watch tips, Turquoise earrings. Lots of costume rings, a little gold, sterling silver , Bagged jewelry, LOTS of Earrings!! Just to get pics to post I had to take boxed shots, no room to lay it out until the sale, but it will be displayed there, like we always do it, but you can see how much there is!

There are also lots of pocket knives, US coins, silver certificates, lots of old foreign coins an paper money too. We also have 2 FULL albums of stamps, really professionally displayed, not a kids collection.

In the garage, hunters will love all the gun stuff! There is a TON of reloading things, Ammo, lots of scabbards, TWO gun safes, Deer shed, wall mounts. There is lots of tools, some fishing, There is also a refrigerator and a freezer, both work great! Lots of very inexpensive file cabinets, if you need one, now is the time to buy rather than going to staples and paying a lot.

In the living room, there is a really nice sectional, in very good condition, also a like new power recliner that is super comfy. The dining room table is very nice and unusual. Is has "leaves" that actually are on hinges around the table, so you can open 1 or all 4 pretty cool. It has 4 very comfy leatherette chairs on wheels. Really nice set, there is also a smaller 2 chair set with a leaf in excellent condition, perfect for a small kitchen or dining area. There is a really nice wood microwave cart, a couple desks. There are 2 tiffany like lamps, the one is beyond gorgeous! It is a dragon fly floor lamp. I love tiffany stain glass stuff and I have not see such a beautiful one in a long time.

There is a 101 Leather bound book set of Louis Lamour books! There is 39 1930s Hardy Boy books, lots of cobalt blue glass, also blue carnival glass. A Huge collection of vintage ERTL metal cars these are nice, Excellent condition! Lots of ART, lots original, very unusual pieces. BOOKS! Boxes and boxes of books. They are $5.00 a box and they are very nice books! Also a couple boxes of records, DVDs, cassettes etc, some year books,

In the master bedroom, there is a VERY nice very attractive bedroom set consisting of a dresser, a chest of draws, and a matching night stand, in the other bedroom there is 2 also unusual dressers, and a dresser armoire, also a couple small other tables. In the office area there is a wood and glass gun cabinet, a really nice lawyers bookcase, a desk and lots of shelf units. Lots of holiday and office in there.

As you can see by the pictures we have LOT and lots of men's Jeans, vintage overalls, vintage Jackets, old teeshirts, dress shirts, boots etc. There is also ladies clothing but not as much. But there is a large amount of shoes, boots, purses, scarves etc

There are lots of linens, LOTS of towels, 2 bathrooms full of bathroom stuff.

Tables of kitchen things (e couldn't fit them all on the counters, there is PYREX bowl see, sets of Corelle, lots of small appliances, food, and cleaning supplies. I'm sure I am forgetting lots of other cool stuff, there is just so many things!

Wow! There is a ton of stuff in this sale, hard to know where to begin.

Lets start with the vintage/antique Navajo rugs! There are 10 of them! That's the most we have ever had in a sale. Most are awesome, a couple average, most have very minor or no damage which is amazing for rugs this age. Jan held each rug up so I could get a decent picture of them. I tried to get any damage I saw in the pictures, like I said except for one there was very little, If your a collector this sale is for you!

We have 2 Flatbed trailers BOTH have Titles. I did not measure them but I'm sure he used them to haul his cars,

In the very front of the building as you drive in the gate is an amazing Buckboard. This is nice! Not falling apart at all, I have already had a couple offers on it so if you want a super cool yard art piece or even a display in front of your business check this out!

Now for the ton of stuff n the buildings.

When I say there is just about something for everyone that would probably be an understatement.

in the main building there are 5 rooms, make sure you hit them all.

There are 5 plus "pictures" someone made of old arrow heads, plus loose arrowheads. These are VERY nice!

There is a brand new chipper shredder, WELDING Equipment, a self propelled mower, a welding table, welding rods ect.

There are 3 tables full of BRONCO stuff, much new, There are also fishing poles, some in cases, some just poles with reels, we have a table of fishing accessories including lots of "flies".

This sale does not have a lot of furniture, but it does have some really nice vintage small pieces, and a BRAND NEW 4 POSTER BED! It's nice!

There is a rack of mens overalls, and ski overalls, very good condition. In the game room there is a rack of vintage mens clothes and jackets. On the pool table are vintage tee shirts, vintage childs clothes , and linens.

Over the pool table are 2 tiffany like hanging chandelier lamps

There is A LOT of signed art some original, some prints but all signed. There are vintage instruments, a drum, some bongos ect. Harvey was a well known music teacher, you will find music related things through out the building. Pay attention to things on walls , there are a lot of cool vintage things we felt better left up.

There are tables of smalls, there is a Coca Cola Table and 2 chairs, new condition, a BIG neon open sign, a couple of super nice wood benches excellent condition. Pool stuff (the pool table is not for sale)

Exercise equipment, a hot tub (if you can figure out how to move it)

There is a whole room of vintage games and toys, also brand new in the bags HALLOWEEN COSTUMES. There are Marilyn pictures scattered about the different rooms.

Through that room you come to the garage area, which might be the entrance, It is LOADED with things. There are lots and lots of license plates, some in the 30s, LOTS of vintage hub caps, some rare, some very cool looking. There are vintage tools, 2 old sleighs in great condition, 2 ladders, camping stuff including tents , canopies, a bag we did not take whatever out but I think its a tent (out in the front on the patio there appears to be a big tent laying up against the building) a BIG 2 man saw, some old western decor, a VERY cool thing Harvey made with all old car emblems, Very hard to find, also a collage of his grandfathers old tools.

Don't forget to look on the patio, there is a redwood table and chairs, a horse hay rack and old BUS SEAT, very cool, misc chairs and benches,

Finally in the BIG shop, my favorite thing is a super cool Flower Cart! At least that's what I think it is, Jim stuck that umbrella in it but if you had a really nice one it would look awesome. There is so much in this shop best to just come and look. There is a Bulova clock neon sign combo and a huge metal Good Year sign. There are also a bunch of vintage tires rims, even white walls, there are old car parts, what I think is an engine lift, more canopys, just to much to list. This has already become a book lol
