🏡 ENFIELD RATE CHECK — October 2026

Right now, 30-year rates from lenders serving the Enfield area range from 6.25% to 7.50%.

Same median home. Same down payment. But who you borrow from can swing your payment by ~$130/month — that's over $46,000 across the life of the loan. 🤯

The statewide average just hit 7.325% (up from last week), but American Eagle FCU right here on Elm St is quoting 7.25%, and a couple local credit unions are quoting even lower.

Moral of the story: in this market, shopping your lender matters as much as shopping the house. Want an intro to the lenders quoting the low end? DM me. 📩
