Pool season is just around the corner and we’re so excited to welcome our residents back to the pool!

While our communities here in Michigan are getting ready to open for the season, our residents at Legends Winter Springs are lucky enough to enjoy pool days all year long.

No matter which community you call home, each of our properties features a beautiful pool ready for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and making the most of the warmer months.

What an incredible year it’s been.

From award recognitions to exciting milestones across our communities, we couldn’t be more proud of everything our teams accomplished this year and even more grateful for the residents who make each community special.

Our teams truly do it all. They welcome new move-ins, open new buildings, unveil new amenities, and plan community events that bring everyone together. We couldn’t be more proud of the passion, care, and dedication they bring every day. Thank you for helping make our communities feel like home and thank you to our residents for being such an important part of it all.

Yesterday we had our Rock holiday party! Employees flew in from Winter Springs, drove in from Traverse City, and of course we had our teams from Clarkston and Ann Arbor here as well!

The day kicked off with shopping and Santa pics, and ended with axe throwing and trivia games.

We definitely learned we have some competitive people on our team… and some seriously impressive bullseye hitters! 🎯

It was so great having everyone together, we had the best time. You can meet someone a hundred times on Zoom, but nothing compares to seeing each other face-to-face.

Thank you for making it such a fun day… we are already excited for the next time we’re all together!
