Preparing a clients home and getting ready to hit the market!!! Fixing a few minor cracks and seams and a fresh coat of paint go a long way when trying to maximize your homes value!
One of the most frequent questions asked by my sellers is what do I need to do to my house to make it more appealing to buyers!

I believe CLEAN every nook and cranny, and freshen up with fresh coat of paint where you see walls that may need touchups! Buyers are apt to spend more when they see a clean, immaculate home, even if the home has not been recently updated!!

If you are interested in appealing your current tax assessment see below deadline! I appeal mine every year - they over assess every year and I always succeed in getting my tax assessment reduced!
Message, call or text me if you have questions on how to get this done on your own!

I found the assessor did not have correct information for my home in their records which initially was the cause of the crazy high assessment - I recommend checking to be sure the county has accurate data for your home!
