I had the pleasure this past month of working on a real estate transaction with Brush Creek Investments located in Princeton, IL. They rehabbed a home that my buyers purchased. I have never dealt with such an incredible couple and company. Honest, hard working, and kind couple. The work they performed was amazing. Such attention to detail and the completed home is amazing. HGTV beautiful. This type of character, honesty and work ethic is hard to find. If anyone has the opportunity to work with Brush Creek and Matt and Ryan Keutzer and Studio K Architecture you won’t be sorry. They will treat you right It’s been a long year with tons of negative. Just wanted to bring something positive to the table. Thank you Matt and Ryan for making this experience so amazing for myself and my buyers. I hope to work with you again in the future.
