Homeowners considering selling their property often wonder how the proceeds from the sale will be divided. In our state, typically the seller has the bulk of the closing costs. Sellers- you want to factor in costs to stage your home properly, transfer stamps, real estate commissions, survey, attorney and title fees and moving expenses.
