When looking for a listing agent there are some points to ponder over:
1. Is the agent and agency a Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm agency? (Restricted banker hours could potentially mean more time on the market and possibly lower the final sale price of your property)!
2. Are your property showings restricted by the limited hours of the showing appointment desk of your listing company to schedule showings? (Often times showings are set after 5 or 6pm for last minute showings which in turn increase your property exposure to a potential buyer)!
3. Does your listing agent do this full time? (Availability to respond to a potential buyer or a buyers agent quickly is critical to selling your property quickly)!
4. Is an electronic key access lockbox to be used on your property as opposed to a manual combo lockbox? (Security of your property is enhanced)!
5. Are open houses going to be a part of the overall marketing plan? (Additional marketing exposure is always a plus)!
