Every transaction has a story.

These clients came to me through a fellow REALTOR. They had three days to find the home that worked for them and their budget. We spent the first two days scouring everything that could possibly meet their criteria.

By day three, we had to put in an offer. We discussed all the pros and cons and landed on this one. We put our best foot forward and were able to secure it on the very same day it was listed!!!

Through great communication with the listing agent, we were able to determine what was important to the seller, and we were able to come to an agreement on the house without having to overpay!

My clients were thrilled!

Here’s to wishing many wonderful memories to these folks moving into town!

Woohoo! Congrats to my sellers! 🥰

Long post warning:

This one’s a story for the ages…

I met these folks at an open house at one of my listings early last spring. We connected, and as an experienced agent I was able to show my value by setting up a showing on a house, not yet listed.

We agreed to keep working together and were always equally excited to check out the next home! Over time I understood exactly what these buyers were looking for and what were make or break deals for them.

We came to a point where just by walking into the house she and I knew if it would work(or not!)

We finally were able to secure the home of their dreams, one that their kids can grow up in comfortably and they can enjoy for years to come!

When it came time to sell, they had always said that they want to try to sell on their own first. I respected that decision and provided my input wherever needed, but allowed them to do it the way they wanted to.

Here’s the kicker:

By putting it on Zillow themselves, they did not get even one showing. Not ONE!!! 🤯

I continued to support them as they needed, until one day… they called me and said “Sarah, can you help us?”

With a 72 hour turnaround time, were able to get pictures and listed and proceeded to have *25*showings, more than *20*parties walkthrough the open house, host a broker open, and get it sold in a manner that was satisfactory to my sellers.

THAT is the power of an experienced agent 🤩
