We are excited to congratulate our buyer client on the successful closing of 9100 Olson Memorial Hwy in Golden Valley, MN❗️This property checked all the boxes for our client's cannabis retail business and we are eager to see how they transform it with the help of Amcon Construction.

It was a pleasure working on this deal with Russ Crawford and Patrick Crawford who represented the seller, and the buyer was represented by Patrick Corbett and Zach Kaplan.
