You may have noticed I’ve been quiet on here the past several weeks…there’s a reason for that! Between having Covid in June, graduation parties in July, and travel in August, plus all the normal busy-ness of life, Facebook has taken a back seat. On top of all that, I was offered (and accepted) an exciting job opportunity at IU at the end of July. I am now the Development Coordinator at WFIU and WTIU, the NPR and PBS affiliate stations respectively at IU.
As some of you know, I have spent the last several months in a professional “gap year,” trying to navigate what my next chapter should look like. I am so excited to be back on campus in a role I feel like I was made for. While the real estate world was productive and certainly exciting, it could also be severely draining in both its intensity and uncertainty. Even though I found quick success, I soon realized I just don’t have the stomach for the emotional roller coaster ride that is real estate! So while I won’t be able to help you buy or sell a house anymore, I’m always available for free advice. 😊And if you are looking for a real estate agent, I’m happy connect you with an active realtor that I’m confident will take good care of you!
With that, I’ll sign off from the Find Home with Heather page, and look forward to seeing you on my personal page—or better yet, in real life! Thanks, all, for your support and friendship. ❤️
