Getting an office day in. 🤓 Scheduling a walk through before closing tomorrow. Why is this important? To ensure a seller has left negotiated appliances, repairs were addressed, and the house is at least broom clean are the start of many reasons to do your walk through. No one likes a yucky surprise to set back the move in party 🎉 .
