Welcome to Phoenix Towers Apartments. We offer 158 one bedroom apartments for those over 55 or verified disabled if under 55. . The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, full size side by side refrigerator freezer, countertop microwave, air conditioner, 2 closets, vinyl plank flooring and carpeted bedroom. The bathroom comes with tub and shower and handrails. Additional storage is located on the same floor. The mail room is located in our lobby next to the fitness center. We also offer on site laundry, large community room and kitchen, library, media room, sitting room, and enclosed patio. Peace meal is served weekdays for those wishing to partake. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance and an on site management office. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated smoking area. The bus stop for the city bus is in front of our property and we are conveniently located near the post office, dining, shopping, and grocery stores. We provide water, sewer and trash. Residents are responsible for their electric. All rent and deposits are determined while processing an applicants paperwork as we are subsidized affordable living. We are currently processing incoming applications for upcoming availability. There is never an application fee.
