Well folks, it’s been a great ride but I’ve decided to close the home inspection piece of my business.

With that said, I’m still passionate about the importance of home inspecting, and am still licensed/insured so I plan to offer ride along training to others seeking to become a home inspector.

I'm doing an inspection this morning and found a "little" roofing problem near the electrical service on the roof. With a hole that size and all the rain we've had, I can't wait to see what I find in the attic. I'm pretty sure this buyer will be glad they got a home inspection!
