If you choose to have an inspection the home is not yours until this contingency has been satisfied so make sure have a Realtor that will help you understand the details and rights to the buyer and seller so there are no hiccups 🥴 on the way to the closing table.
➡️ Realtor schedules with an inspector of your choice.
➡️ Realtor attends inspection with you to go over the findings.
➡️ Realtor and attorney (if you choose) will help you decipher any items of concern that the seller is legally obligated to address
➡️ This will be presented to the seller and there may be additional negations involved.
➡️ Once an agreement is reached the transaction can move forward. 🙌🏽
