We are very happy to announce the launch of our next project in Normal, Illinois. This project is a joint venture between BNIG Capital LLC (Woodbine Investment Group) and Infinitas LLC . The land acquisition and rezoning process has been completed. Engineering design for the infrastructure build is underway and soon to begin. This would be the first of the three projects we have on the cards in the twin city area and we will soon bring information about the next projects to you all.
This project will have 35 R1A single family premium lots for sale beginning summer of 2022. In addition to this, we will also have 32 single family attached homes to be built in phases beginning fall 2022. We are working with the best of the minds in the industry to create efficient and modern floor plans to meet the current needs of the home buyers in terms of style, usage and cost. This land is in a prime location sandwiched between 2 well developed subdivisions in the twin city area. This falls in Unit 5 school district.
