Bill grew up in Minnesota and graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota’s School of Management. In 1986 he moved to the East Coast graduating with an MBA in Finance and also a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the University of Connecticut. After fifteen years as a college administrator at the University of Connecticut, University of Iowa and University of M
innesota, Bill decided, in 2004, to move into a career in real estate. Developing strong relationships and caring about his client's needs are among Bill's strengths. He is proud of the relationships developed through the real estate process. His organizational skills and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by his clients. He can be counted on to make the buying and/or selling of his client’s home a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Similar to his experience in Higher Education, Bill enjoys taking the extra time to educate his clients on the real estate market and simplifying a complicated process. Bill has been acknowledged as a Bjorklund Realty “Elite Realtor” in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013 before making the move to Bridge Realty in 2014. In his spare time Bill enjoys reading, volunteering, sports and is currently training for several ultra-marathons. He is a past member of the Upper Midwest Trail Runner's board and spends time promoting trail running throughout the Midwest.
