Our Story

Chad Lange, a member of the BN Realty Group, is a professional buyer and listing specialist. Chad has always thrived on relationships and has had a passion for growing businesses. Although Chad was born in Denver, Colorado, he spent the majority of his youth growing up in Central Illinois in the Chenoa area, Farmer City/ Mansfield area, and Monticello area. Entrepreneurship and strong work ethics were passed on to Chad by his late Grandfather who owned a Chevrolet dealership and movie theatre in Chenoa, Illinois. Through this, Chad grew his automotive roots and spent 18 years in the automotive business in Champaign, Illinois. Chad transitioned out of the automotive business in a dealership capacity to pursue real estate for two main reasons. He desired to hold an influential role in his client's buying and selling experience which he felt he could do best by working for himself and owning his own business. Also, he wanted to show his children the doors that can open with hard work and determination, in hopes they will someday want to follow in his footsteps.

Chad specializes in the surrounding Bloomington/Normal towns as he feels a true connection with the charming communities and welcoming neighbors. That being said, Chad now resides in Bloomington/Normal and considers it a desirable location to raise his family. He enjoys adventures with his daughter Giuliana and his son Nolan.
