To make you feel truly at home, your apartment will feature a full-sized washer and dryer, walk-in closet(s) and private outdoor living space. Complete your living experience with an optional covered parking space or garage. Located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bloomington yet moments from Indiana University, dining and shopping, Steeplechase is the convenient location for wherever

your commute may take you. Be friendly to the environment and your wallet by travelling on one of the two Bloomington Transit bus lines that are free with a valid IU student ID. Our community amenities include a large clubhouse perfect for gatherings, meetings, or just grabbing a cup of coffee or tea from our daily coffee bar! Residents also have access to the swimming pool, tennis court, dog park and 24-hour fitness center. Our maintenance team, which is available 24 hours a day for emergencies, and enthusiastic office staff are here to assist you with all your needs.
