Signature Realty Services (SRS), a locally owned company, was started in Bloomington, Indiana, in February 2008. Mike Avila is the broker/owner of SRS and has served as a full-time REALTOR® in the Bloomington & Monroe County, IN, realty market since 1995. All SRS transactions are fully insured, and SRS requires that all its closings are insured as well. The SRS business philosophy seems simple — l

The larger picture is that this buyback will tighten credit and raise interest rates. Do you follow news and this didn't show up in your news feed? Note the comment that this sell-off was making headlines in international news. I missed the headlines on the sell side. I'm only seeing this headline on the after-effect. I'm going to tweak my news feed settings to import reliable international headlines and news feeds. I want to get the whole story, not half the story. This affects your ability to buy a house. REMINDER - if your insurance is billed through your mortgage, when your insurance policy renews, the insurance company will autobill to your lender and your mortgage will adjust accordingly. They will provide you a courtesy copy of the updated bill and notify you of your new monthly payment. It's your responsibility to review your new cost for insurance -- and shop it around if you don't like the cost increase. My insurance company (Progressive) just raised my rate 10% from last year. Time to make a few calls.
