An inspection doesn't have to kill your deal — it can make it.

On a recent purchase, the inspection uncovered repairs that could have derailed everything. Instead of walking away, we negotiated a $5,000 credit at closing. My buyers got their home AND the funds to make it right.

Takeaway for buyers: always get an inspection, and don't fear what it finds — that's leverage, not a red flag.
