Cody was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated from Bloomington High School South where he played Varsity Baseball all 4 years. After highschool, he played baseball at Kaskaskia College in Centrailia, Illinois. Cody has been around the Auction and Real Estate business his entire life and decided to join the family business in 2013. He obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 201

4. Cody is an NAA member and holds his Auction Technology Services designation as well as his Auction Summit designation. He manages Auctions and works with buyers and sellers for their Real Estate needs. Cody specializes in Farmland and Recreational and Hunting properties, but welcomes all Real Estate inquiries and works hard to earn your business, whether you are buying or selling. Cody is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing recreational softball as well as hunting. He enjoys bird hunting with his Brittney Spaniel, Tate. Cody also enjoys traveling and experiencing new places. He attends South Union Christian Church. Cody is a member of the Bloomington Board of REALTORS® and the Indiana and National Association of REALTORS®.
