Amy will work closely with investors, professionals, property owners, and business owners to help them better understand how commercial real estate investments backed by real assets can serve as long-term wealth-building opportunities.

She brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a relationship-driven approach to capital formation, believing that the most successful investments are built through trust, disciplined strategy, and opportunities that create lasting value within communities.

Amy earned her degree in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Management from the University of Minnesota, and brings a thoughtful, people-first perspective to the CIG team.

Most properties collect rent. The best ones create real connections.

We ran a simple Earth Day play.
On-site electronics recycling. No appointments. No friction.

Then we added a coffee cart.
Tenants showed up to drop old equipment.

We are seeking a financial controller to join our team to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial oversight.

The Financial Controller will play a critical role in managing the financial operations and ensuring the fiscal integrity of AlphaDiv Real Estate Fund. This individual will oversee bookkeeping activities, prepare financial statements, analyze new prospective deals, manage investor reporting, and ensure compliance with tax and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate fund and property-level accounting, be a wizard in google sheets, be highly organized, and have a deep understanding of financial controls and reporting standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
➡️Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
➡️CPA or equivalent designation is highly preferred.
➡️5+ years of experience in real estate or fund specific accounting, particularly net leases with CAM reconciliations
➡️2+ years of experience analyzing real estate investment properties

Required Skills:
➡️Proficiency with real estate property management & accounting systems (Appfolio Property Manager, or Appfolio Investment Manager preferred, Quickbooks, Yardi, or RealPage acceptable)
➡️Mastery of google sheets advanced formulas (vlookup, arrayformula, and, or, sum, sumif) and knowledge of pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting.
➡️Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
➡️Excellent written communication skills
➡️Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a remote work environment.
