This Folwell gem is proof you don’t have to sacrifice character for convenience.

Hooray haroo!! Throw ya hands up for my client Nathan in his recent home purchase! ✨💕🎉

I was so grateful to be part of this process with Nathan - some highlights of our time together:
⏳Nathan was a referral from a friend of mine and we started talking last fall. We first chatted briefly about his experience looking for homes in the past, what he’s hoping for and why. It was a great connect and we took some time to review the market together and he set the pace for when we would start the search officially.
🏡 We got into homes in December for our first tour and I had prepped him a couple months earlier that although he was hoping to be settled before summer, starting to get in houses at the end of the year is excellent, especially for finding the best deals of the year!
✨ I had shown the home Nathan ended up buying to my friend last time it was listed and it was a very different and more competitive market. The house didn’t appreciate a ton from its last sale, but the amenities and location were soooo prime for what Nathan was looking for.
⚡️In order get the deal done, I was able to negotiate that he get an brand new electrical panel, home warranty and additional closing costs covered by the seller. I’m so pleased with the outcome for Nathan’s home search and I couldn’t be happier for him as he enters this new chapter!

Congratulations, Nathan!! You deserve all the good in the world! Thanks for trusting me as your real estate advisor!

This market is warming up, yall! We’ve got some cool events coming up with my team to stay informed of the market and I’m always available to field your questions as they come up 😘

Hope rising is a dangerous thing—and a necessary one.
There is heaviness here in Minnesota, because we know our history. We know the blood in the soil. We know the names. We know the policies. We know who was erased, displaced, imprisoned, redlined, silenced. We know the land remembers.

And still—we choose each other.

I’ve watched people in my generation do the slow, unglamorous work of repair. Not from government. Not from institutions. But from neighbors. From hard conversations. From listening instead of looking away. From choosing relationship over comfort.

We are not “insane libs.”
We are a community trying to heal.
We want good schools, full tables, safety in crisis, dignity in housing, and futures where our children don’t inherit the same wounds.

This isn’t politics.
This is truth.
This is memory.
This is love for a place and the people in it.

We’re still here. We’re not done. And we’re not going back. 🖤

Well hey there, everyone! 👋
Brea and Andrew closed on this beautiful home today, and what a wildly beautiful process it’s been!

I first started talking with these two gems back in June about their hopes to find a home they could grow into. I’d helped Brea buy her first home back in 2020, closing just before the market went wild in 2021—a sweet little house in Standish that turned out to be the perfect starter at a killer price.

This summer, the numbers looked great for their sale, so we kicked off a three-week countdown to list the house. While they prepped (and did an amazing job!), we started actively looking at new listings. Like many sellers, they were more critical of their home than the market was—but it sold quickly to the perfect buyers in one weekend!

With that chapter closed, we hit the ground running. The home behind them in this photo was at the top of their list—and by some stroke of luck, a previous offer had just fallen through. I’ll never forget sitting in the living room after touring a few “meh but workable” houses in west Bloomington and watching them light up. There’s nothing like witnessing someone fall in love with a home’s energy and space. It was almost too good to dream of losing it.

We wrapped up the showings and I hustled to get the offer submitted that night. Before my head even hit the pillow, they were under contract!

Fast forward to today: they’re moving in, settling, and making this dream real.

Brea and Andrew, I couldn’t be happier for you. Thank you so much for entrusting me with this process—not once, but twice! I absolutely loved working with you, and I can’t wait to see what you do with this new season of life. Cheers to you, today and always! 💕

Hello! I am real deal aware of how leveraging the ownership of real estate can save asses when we need it to. In dumpster fire economies and their unpredictabilities, it’s nice to have something you can leverage. I am here to think about that side of your cost of living, investment and fallback options for you and with you. Your part is: ITS HOME AND YOU DESERVE A DIGNIFIED, AFFORDABLE SPACE IN WHICH TO ABIDE. Let’s find it. I’m here for that, no doubt.

We all know - the rental market is only going to get worse, ok? It is not your only option to be at its mercy, I promise. WE can start taking it back. I cannot do it by myself. I mean, legit, when I can buy up some houses and provide some affordable homes for folks as a landlord, I will do that but yall know I’m getting divorced and that’s not a great place for credit scores and loan approvals.

But boy, do I have endless (dare I say petty?) energy right now to tear down this nonsense investor monopoly, one house at a fricken time. This is my absolute soap box and I have taken up full time residency on it. So, either stick around or unfollow ✌️😘

If you wanna know how to get into home ownership and you are overwhelmed or need the most optimistic, focused & cute hype woman ever for your process, im here 💁‍♀️ I am now available for your questions, concerns, fears, dreams, dramas and most of all I want to empower every single millennial and gen z and gen alpha who can, to take their rightful place in the future of homeownership 🤘Let’s fricken disrupt the system of investor-owned Twin Cities real estate together, my dudes.

Guys, hot take - all the things you hate about the real estate market? I also hate about the real estate market and I’m not going to bu****it about it.

It’s a dumpster fire sometimes. None of this fluffy nonsense that says, “everyone can do it with no forethought or prep, see it’s easy! Look, let me show you this ideal scenario and make it seem like that will absolutely work for you too.” No shade on people who have rich uncles or bought a house in 2013, or have been on top of their financial health for their entire adult lives - that is of course ideal! However, if you’re coming in without a rich uncle, no savings, mediocre credit and no experience in homeownership, you’re gonna need a strategy and I have some options for you, babe.

Yes, if you’re selling property right now, it’s gonna be good, bro. Inventory is still way low and people need homes. I’ve got you for that too - It’s my jam to make your gma’s kooky house look its best and warm and desirable for the masses in a way that doesn’t just look sadbeige to maximize your investment in hiring a realtor. (You would hire a realtor to market your asset, handle your details and hold your boundaries).

But know what, too?! I actually know how to work around those pain points for buyers’ benefit. You, your friends, your estranged cousins, your weird neighbors. And I am READY to badass the s**t out of this year (and subsequent years of planning to get you into a stable, dignified home that is yours, as the case may be). Lesssssgooooooo ✨😘

Here’s a big’un! AS OF TODAY I AM BACK IN FULL TIME REAL ESTATE SALES 💕 everything has lined up so well and I’m immensely grateful for the 7 or so people who are lined up ready for me to list their homes and help them buy - having clients who like and trust me and want to work with ME is the s**t. You have helped me come back into the flow from the chaos that life has been lately and into the truth that I seriously loooooove my job.

Real talk (and this is the real post, ok? I want to let you in on the secrets and magic) before my path forward was clear in light of my marriage dissolving, I was ready to throw in the towel on real estate last year and get a job at the post office (no joke, just ask all my best friends how much I romanticized being a mail carrier over the last 9 months lol I mean, c’mon!!! Benefit package without having to think about it?!?!?! Walking all day outside and being the friendly neighborhood mailmaura? Cute af.) But the literal (judge me for my colloquial use of ‘literal’ all the time, idc) ✨same day✨ i stepped concretely and decisively onto the path forward, past clients, friends who have been waiting for the right time, referrals - reached out consistently - after a year. and. a. half. of complete silence, mmkay? …. Not a soul asked me a single real estate question for a year and a half. Mmkay? Then BOOM! One step on my right path and two out of the blue convos within a day and several in the following week. It was weird. Magic. Jarring in the best way. And my passion reignited for the longterm dreams that I’ve been building through this business for the better part of a decade.

Big, good things ahead 😘 we about to take back some ground for presence, community and homeownership in the TC. (Name felt cute, might delete later).
