It isn’t always “just another closing day.”

Some transactions deserve to be celebrated because reaching the finish line wasn’t guaranteed.

Purchasing a manufactured home with a VA loan can be challenging. There are additional requirements, inspections, repairs, and deadlines that can quickly derail a transaction if they aren’t handled correctly. This one demanded patience, persistence, and constant communication every step of the way.

A huge thank you to Scott Kieffner with Ruoff Mortgage and his team for helping make this happen. Having a knowledgeable lender who understands how to navigate obstacles can make all the difference between a transaction falling apart and a family receiving the keys to their new home.

Moments like these are also a reminder that Realtors do so much more than unlock doors. We coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, obtain estimates, manage WDI reports, keep everyone on track with deadlines, communicate with lenders, title companies, contractors, and clients, solve problems before they become disasters, and work tirelessly to protect our clients from unnecessary financial risk and potential legal issues.

What does that actually mean for you as a buyer?

🐾We have the amazing opportunity to support the Bloomington High School South Dance team for the 26’-27’ school year!

These girls are going to have an electric year but we wanted to make sure they had the financial tools to get them all the way to the finish line…….and then some 📣….
