Come see what our crew has been up to!

Tonight, Wednesday, October 21st, from 7-8pm we’re showcasing our latest flip onsite at 6533 Wyoming Ave N in Brooklyn Center for the MNREIA event. This one was a full overhaul, inside and out, and we took it from a 3 bed, 2 bath to a 5 bed, 2 bath.

A look at the work:

- New kitchen
- New LVP and carpet throughout
- Updated bathrooms
- Interior paint throughout and new interior doors
- Drywall repair and new trim
- Exterior siding repair and replacement
- Fresh exterior paint and new exterior doors
- And so much more

I’m so proud of our crew for making it happen. This kind of work takes real skill, grit, and teamwork, and they delivered. Huge thanks also to our clients and lending partners for being true partners on this project. Getting it done well takes everyone at the table.

Throwback Thursday! Reminiscing about this HUGE project where we removed decades of old paint to reveal 115 year old cedar siding and brought it back to it’s original glory! We learned so much along the way - from how to safely and efficiently remove old paint to how to drive a boom lift, we conquered all the challenges thrown at us!
