Getting out and seeing homes in person can really help you understand your needs versus your wants, and how the current market aligns with both.

Every year, we’re invited back to participate in this awesome community event that brings out HUNDREDS of kiddos, and this year we’re stepping up our game!

CK Realty Homes and Ruoff Mortgage are teaming up to bring you a trunk full of Halloween fun!

🐐 Meet CHEESE THE GOAT! Yes, you read that right. Cheese will be making his Trunk or Treat debut and will be available for all the little ghosts and goblins to meet!

🍬 TONS of candy! Because what’s Halloween without a ridiculous amount of sugar?

🎁 TOYS GALORE! We’re bringing plenty of goodies beyond just candy!

What an absolute HONOR it was for Scott Kieffner Loan Officer and I to be a part of Beth Lake’s very first closing with North Point Title Group! 🥹🖤

Their new office should be completed by the end of the week, so Ruoff Mortgage was incredibly generous to open up their conference room and give us a place to get this one CLOSED. It truly takes a village sometimes, and I love seeing good people and good businesses show up for one another.

But let me brag on Beth for a minute, because this woman deserves every bit of cheerleading she gets.

Beth is genuinely one of the most beautiful and kindest flowers among them all. 🌸 I consider it an absolute privilege to not only work with her, but to call her my friend.

Hands down, she is one of the BEST, if not THE best, title closers I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond for every single client who sits across the table from her, and she extends that same care to the agents, lenders, and everyone else involved in getting a transaction to the finish line.

She works her ass off. She cares deeply. She knows her stuff. And somehow, through all of it, she still has one of the sweetest, biggest, most genuine smiles of anyone I know. Just LOOK AT HER. 🥹

I could not be happier to see Beth stepping into this new chapter, and I’m damn proud that Scott and I got to be there for closing #1.

Here’s to the first of MANY at North Point Title Group. 🥂🏡
