🏡 I’m curious… what would make you move right now?
More land? 🌳
A smaller house with less maintenance?
A better neighborhood?
Lower monthly expenses?
Moving closer to family?
Or are you staying exactly where you are?

I talk to people every week who are thinking about moving but aren’t necessarily ready to put a sign in the yard yet. Sometimes it starts with simply figuring out what their home is worth and what their options would look like.

If you’ve been wondering about yours, send me a message. I’m always happy to have a no-pressure conversation.

Three sales. Three times I’ve had the privilege of representing this client. ❤️🏡

This one was extra special. A truly unique Barndo that captured a LOT of attention, with nearly 30,000 views and an incredible amount of interest throughout the listing!

But a lot of attention doesn’t always mean an easy road to closing. This transaction came with its share of challenges, and getting to the closing table took patience, communication, problem solving, and a lot of teamwork. Jake and Amy were absolutely wonderful to work with through every step of the process, and I’m so grateful for the trust they placed in me along the way.

Repeat clients are one of the greatest compliments I can receive. Thank you, Jake and Amy, for continuing to trust me with your real estate needs. It means more than you know! ❤️

The Barndo is officially sold. 🏡🍂

To my sellers, thank you for trusting me with a place that has been such a meaningful part of your story. I know saying goodbye to a home is more than handing over the keys. I hope this closing brings you excitement and peace as you settle in to your own new chapter.

And to the new owners, welcome home! I left a pumpkin, a candle, and flowers to help you settle in and start making memories of your own.

Wishing you all so much happiness in what comes next. 🤍
