Real Estate has been a major part of my life for nearly 30 years. In that time, my wife Penny and I have remodeled 16 homes for resale, built 2 new homes, and helped numerous individuals buy and sell. In 2005, I acquired my real estate license and have since added a Broker designation. I understand all that a homeowner experiences when selling or buying a home, relocating, investing in property, and venturing into new construction. Selling and buying can be detailed and overwhelming. Penny, along with her husband Jeff, has been working in real estate for 30 years. With a Business Degree in Marketing, she has managed, marketed, and sold private property for 15 years. She is also a certified appraiser, having appraised over 1,500 homes within a 60-mile radius of Bloomington/Normal. Her appraising skill-set offers her clients a unique insight into the value of homes when buying or selling. Having the right real estate agent also means having an agent who remains dedicated, maintains the highest level of expertise, and is knowledgeable of the local market. Penny is that agent.
