Tonight, we’re proud to celebrate the team members representing MCMC at the MN Multi Housing Association (MHA) MADACS Awards.

Each of these nominees brings something meaningful to the communities they support —leadership, reliability, positivity, compassion, teamwork, and a genuine care for the people around them. This afternoon, all MCMC Offices will close as our team gathers for our annual Employee Appreciation event.

This year, our time together carries an even deeper meaning as we recognize one another, reflect on the importance of community, and celebrate the incredible people who continue to care for our residents every day.

🍋 We definitely Squeezed the Day! 🍋

Even though the summer heat had other plans, we brought the fun indoors—and what an afternoon it turned out to be!

Residents stopped by to create their own flavored lemonade, enjoy sweet treats, meet our new Assistant Manager, Ruth, and spend time with neighbors. Seeing everyone gather together, laugh, and make new memories is what community is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Squeeze the Day event such a success. We loved spending the afternoon with you and can't wait for the next community event!
