A Little About Me

I could give you the standard REALTOR® bio…I will fight for my clients, I’ve sold a million homes, I’m married with kids, I love my dogs…blah, blah, blah. All the things in those standard bios are probably 100% true, but I decided I wanted to do something a little different.

Here is where I veer off course. Instead of telling you all the things I will do for you, I am going to tell you the things that I will not do. I think it will give you a much better understanding of who I really am.

I will not be a “yes man”. I will not tell you things just because I think it is what you want to hear. I will not try to “talk you into” buying a house. If I think a house isn’t right for you, I will not be afraid to tell you why I feel that way. I will not tell you your home is worth more than it actually is just to get my sign in your yard only to turnaround and ask you to reduce the price 2 weeks later. I will not tell you that “I might already have a buyer for your home” just to get your listing. I will not list your home and then disappear, never to be heard from again. I will not be anything but honest!

In the end, isn’t that the most important thing? We are not talking about buying a pair of shoes here. We are talking about what will most likely be the biggest financial investment of your life. Don’t you think it’s important to have honesty? Even if it’s not exactly what you want to hear? Being honest, to me, is always the right approach.
