Never hang decorations from sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, or exit doors. If you're hosting or heading out, keep walkways and common areas clear, look out for your friends, and plan a safe ride home. Wishing everyone a fun and safe Halloween!

As a thank-you for being part of The Beverly community, we’re giving away TWO pairs of tickets to tomorrow’s IU vs. Howard game!

September is a great time to make sure your home is prepared! Know the location of your nearest fire extinguisher and ensure your smoke detectors are functioning properly. Never block hallways, stairwells, or emergency exits. In the event of an emergency, evacuate immediately and contact 911. Let's keep our community safe together!
