These first time home buyers did a TRUST FALL into my arms on this one! 😅

This was a buyer I'd been in communication with for awhile while she readied herself to purchase. She got creative and decided to purchase with a friend. Both, also, FIRST GENERATION home owners! 🏡
In talking with her I heard her saying she was interested in buying income producing property as her long term plan. She didn't think it would be her first home -- but we found a duplex that fit the strict budget she had. And any repairs she will need to do are repairs any homeowner should plan for.

This was not easy, it definitely shaved years off my life. But anything worth having is worth working for!

Thank you for trusting me. I'm confident this purchase will help secure thier financial future. And while its not necessarily thier first choice location, I definitely think they will grow to love the little town. Congratulations!! 📑

My business page has been pretty quiet - and though many of you already know. I've had my hands full *literally*! I love my work and transitioning into motherhood has been challenging in a new way.
At two months, already I'm realizing how quickly time moves. Florence loves breakfast with Dad, smiling and watching the dog and cat move about the house. Her absolute favorite things are Bath time and walks in her carrier. ❤

Kathy turned over the keys to her Beloved Rochester home this week. A home she loved and maintained meticulously over the last 30+ years. The home that holds memories of her late husband, and patio chats with neighbors. It was time. 🌲
I'm grateful for the colleagues that referred me to her and to her for trusting me - a very, very pregnant lady - to get the deal done. We had a great buyers representative and ultimately, a contented buyer that will make new memories in the home.
