Did you know that only about 7% of Americans have ever served in our military?
We owe 100% of our freedom to that 7%.

Today, we honor those who never came home. Their bravery built the foundation of the greatest nation on Earth. We will never forget.

Rent covers these key costs for landlords/investors:
1 Investor returns/profit
2 Property taxes
3 Maintenance & repairs
4 Insurance
5 City licensing & fees
6 HOA dues and fees (where applicable)

Underpinning most of these are wages, energy costs, and insurance premiums.

-Dakota County all cities are 8.125%

-Carver County 8.525% with one exception:
Chanhassen 8.875%,

-Ramsey County 8.375 with some exceptions:
St. Paul 9.875%, Roseville 8.875%, West St. Paul 8.625%

-Washington County 8.375% with some exceptions:
