Today I helped a client obtain an accepted offer. Nothing newsworthy necessarily, but my previous professional life collided with my current because we allowed the parties to engage and they worked it out better than I could have. Sometimes people have different motivations than I do. It’s my job to listen and help my clients find a home THEY want with conditions and details that THEY are comfortable with. Sometimes agents need to get out of the way and not muck up deals. Today human contact wins. Human stories win.
