I have been a full time agent since 1987! As a second generation Realtor, I got my start in real estate assisting my mother, Kitty Eves, who was a Broker in the Bloomsburg area for three decades. We worked together daily often partnering to offer creative solutions to our clients' real estate needs. It was through this partnership with my mother that I came to truly love helping buyers find their

dream home and helping sellers get the most value from their homes! In February of 2016 my mother lost her battle with esophageal cancer. It was truly devastating but it was my love of real estate and passion for helping my clients that helped me find my focus and motivation to continue my trade. My mother cared deeply about the clients and the families that she serviced and I continue that family tradition with pride. In 2017 I will begin my 30th year in the real estate industry. I am now more than ever dedicated to providing the highest level of professional service to my clients. In the past year I have achieved my CRS Designation and I am currently working on my e-Pro designation. By continuing my education I can stay on top of the swiftly changing real estate market and provide professional results for my clients. “It’s not just a house! It’s your home!” I never lose sight of the fact that buying a home and/ or selling is one the biggest decisions that my clients’s will make in their lifetimes. I consider it a privilege to guide my clients through their real estate transactions! I use my experience and expertise to connect my clients with the areas best contractors, vendors, and service professionals to ease their transition from home to home. Making a high stress situation more tolerable for my clients is my highest priority. In 2016 I sold 4.7 million dollars in volume and achieved the status of being one of the top 100 Century 21 Agents in the State of Pennsylvania. I am also serving as the Second Vice President on the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors providing leadership to my local board. For the past two years I have been in charge of Realtor Ring Day where local Realtors in a five county radius ring at kettles for the Salvation Army to provide financial assistance to needy families in the communities that we live and work in! In my spare time I am a wife and a mother. I have been married to my husband and best friend since June of 1999. My husband and I both grew up in Bloomsburg and chose to stay and raise our children here because of the affordable cost of living and the quality of life in Columbia County. We are raising two daughters. My oldest daughter, Katie, is a Senior at West Chester University and our youngest daughter,Liz, is a Junior at Central Columbia High School. We love the close knit feeling of a small community. My hobbies include working out at Bloom Health and Fitness, spending time with family and friends and home remodeling. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting local businesses. This year my husband and I remodeled our 1930’s farmhouse and we purchased all of our materials from locally owned and operated businesses.

The market will always change.
Interest rates will move.

This event is very close to my heart 🤍

My son, Benson, is on the autism spectrum, and anyone who knows him knows just how special he truly is. Benson has a way of touching lives and changing people for the better simply by being himself. This night is a celebration of him, and of every child and family who deserves to feel included, welcomed, and supported.

On February 4 at 5:00 PM, we’re hosting a Sensory-Friendly Movie Night at AMC Classic Bloomsburg featuring Zootopia 2 !!!

My goal is to raise enough money to help as many families and children as possible attend this movie at no cost — families who may not otherwise be able to experience a night at the movies. Every child deserves that magic ✨

To help make this possible, we are hosting a fundraiser at Blue Door Thriftique from January 28th –31st. Please stop in to purchase tickets for a chance to win gift cards & gift baskets donated by local businesses with all proceeds going toward sponsoring families and children for the movie night.
