te laundry, community room activities, a fitness room with a treadmill and exercise bike, landscaped gazebo and water garden, and off street parking. Rent is based on income (under $33,400 per year for one person and $38,200 for two) and can be as low as $0 under the Section 8 income guidelines. Medical expenses can be deducted. Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included, and there is an utility allowance. Bloomsburg Towers is now a no smoking facility.

Our Residents love the Art Cart and Anne Cosper! These cards are beautiful!

Anne Cosper, our Art Cart facilitator, makes regular visits to Bloomsburg Towers on West 3rd Street here in town -- affordable living at its finest for folks 62 years of age and older. Anne brought back this photo of last week's activity and said "The group painted with watercolors and turned them into cards. The cards were then displayed in a mini 'art show.' The artists were pleased with their work. I appreciate their efforts and how each painting is distinct."
