It’s been a fun couple of weeks! Our annual trip with Annie and Pete took us west again, and this one was all about Bryce and Blues! ❤️

Bryce Canyon was absolutely amazing, and the Big Blues Bender in Vegas was epic! We even managed to sneak in The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere while we were there; what an experience!

Beautiful scenery, incredible music, great friends and lots of memories made along the way. It’s always fun to get away, but it’s good to be back home in the High Country!

Another successful closing, and another wonderful chapter comes to an end.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001; the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

Thinking about buying land to build in Blowing Rock? You're gonna want to save this post. 📌

Before falling in love with a piece of mountain property, there are some practical questions worth asking:

→ What utilities are available?
→ How is the property accessed?
→ Who maintains the road?
→ What does the terrain look like?
→ Has a survey been completed?
→ What kind of view potential exists?

And THIS is why Lots 27 & 28 High Ridge Lane caught my attention.

City water and sewer are available. Underground utilities are available. The road is paved and city maintained. A topographical survey has already been completed. And with thoughtful site planning and selective tree clearing, there's potential for beautiful mountain views.
