Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2024 😊 I'm very thankful for my family, friends, & also everyone I've had the pleasure of doing Real Estate business with in the past year! Helping people buy their first home has quickly become one of the best feelings in the world for me. Whether it be lifelong friends, former soccer teammates, someone I went to pre-school with, anyone! I’ve been hearing a LOT of negative Eagles talk this week - on sports radio, at work, In group chats with friends, everywhere! Many of the complaints and worries are super valid, but of course, MUCH of it is nonsense! (As is with everything we see and hear in our life: on the news, social media, etc). I must admit that it is an honor to be a Philadelphia sports fan. We are the best supporters and we know it 🤨 Although, in my opinion, the main downside is that we have such high expectations and levels of passion that we often end up heartbroken and dissapointed when things are not perfect. In reality, we weren’t as AMAZING as everyone thought we were 6 weeks ago and it’s not as BAD as people think it is now! Everyone RELAX. I’m not suggesting that we lower our levels of obsession or passion in any way, but I do think we need to do a better job of being understanding, patient, and not overreacting as much as most of us do. Instead of calling for everyone to be fired and playing the blame game every week, let’s support our birds as much as we can 🦅🦅

Somehow Hannukah has already passed and Christmas is less than a week away 🎄 Make sure you are able to wind down and enjoy these days properly. This time last year, I remember I was so focused on building my business up and keeping busy that I didn't allow myself the opportunity to truly enjoy the season. For that reason, I found myself with less energy and less happy than I usually am, especially this time of year. I am not letting that happen this year! October -January are by far my favorite months of the year and I have already noticed that my mental health and even my business is improving because of how I prioritize my time! Allow time for exercise, for family, for reading, for watching TV, whatever it might be that is important to your mental health! 😀 If your kids or siblings just got home from college, drop your work a little earlier than usual and watch a movie with them! If you're overwhelmed trying to cram 100 things in before the end of the week, maybe that's a sign you need to RELAX. This time of year always flies by, and life is too short to be stressed out and working all the time. ❤️
