Toll Brothers announces an Active Adult community in Exton with “resort style” amenities included. Kudos! That’s what folks have been buying at the DE beaches.

Is this your retirement dream? Pickleball, tennis, bocce, gym, pools, walking paths…AND..the beach!

DE is a retirement-friendly state from a tax perspective and I am intimately knowledgeable about the region. I have helped multiple folks transition from out of state and they can’t stop talking about how much less their property taxes will be-by multiples!
