🏠 February Homeowner Checklist: Tips for the Month 🏠

Hey homeowners! February may be short, but it’s the perfect time to tackle a few important tasks around the house. Here’s what most of us should be doing this month to keep our homes in top shape:

❄️ Check your heating system – With winter in full swing, make sure your furnace is running efficiently. Change filters if you haven't already!
🔧 Inspect for leaks – Cold weather can cause pipes to freeze or develop leaks. Check under sinks and around windows for drafts.
🧹 Deep clean – February is a great time to declutter and freshen up your space. Maybe tackle that closet or give your carpets a little extra attention.
🪟 Seal windows & doors – Prevent drafts by sealing gaps and checking weatherstripping. Your heating bill will thank you!
🌱 Prep for spring – It’s never too early to plan for spring gardening or home improvement projects.
