✨ Yay for Settlement Day! ✨

Congratulations to my buyers on closing on their new home! 🏠

They were referred to me by a New Jersey agent and were searching for the perfect place in Philadelphia. They found the one, and we quickly submitted an offer that was verbally accepted. Then, out of nowhere, the home was withdrawn from the market.
