🤯HOW ON EARTH ARE WE HALFWAY THRU 2025 ALREADY?!! So, how’s the housing market doing? 🤔
🔹Trends are very much varying from town to town - some are 🔥, some are 🧊
🔹Inventory is still creeping up so some homes are sitting on the market a bit longer…it’s so important to price correctly!
🔹Sales prices are still seeing increases (aka home values are safe)
🔹Buyers are looking for homes that are in good condition & staged well; Sellers need to understand that bidding wars might not go as high as expected.

🌼 🧼 Clean House, Clear Mind — It’s Springtime! Now if only the pollen would just settle down!! 🫠

• Tackle small tasks like filters & gutters (my gutters were so clogged from the pine needles 🫣)
• Let in the light — clean those windows!
• Declutter room by room (I love decluttering year round!)

🎢Much like our weather last month, the market & economy were a bit of a roller coaster in March.

📌So how did we do in March?
- Biggest take: Inventory is still going up as it has for the past few months, a very welcomed trend…we 👀 you Upper Dublin!
- Our average sales prices are still trending up a bit from last month 💰
- 🪻The official start of Spring has brought some 🔥 competition in desirable areas so expect TONS of showings & bidding wars.
