August was another busy month for sales and rentals. I am very grateful for my clients that trust me to help them with all their real estate needs.
Even though I have been busy all year, it is the beginning of the slower season and the shift has finally arrived in our area. Houses are not going as fast, unless they are beautiful and priced right from the begining. There are still lots of opportunities and homes out there!

In July, I was able to represent my Blue Bell Office for being #7 in the category of Individual agents with the most transactions! I had 10 transactions close. I am pleased to be #7 in the Greater PA region surrounded by amazing talent and leadership.

This one was for the books! I lost some hair over this one but in the end, it all worked out. Not all settlements are easy and quick. This one was tricky because there were a lot of moving parts and a lot of people involved. Both sides worked together to get through the hurdles and in the end we celebrated the win!
Who you work with really does matter! Is your Realtor able to negotiate through the tough workings of a tricky transaction? Do cool heads prevail? This definitely took a lot of work but so worth it for my investors. I cannot wait to see what happens at this intersection in the future.

50 years of friendship and she finally buys property with me! LOL. Seriously though, we have been friends over 50 years and been there, done that with lots of things, lots of momentous occasions over the years but nothing brings me more joy to be helping her fulfill her next chapters in her life with her love by her side. Congratulations to both of you and here is to you building your dream home on this great lot. BTW- Lifetime membership is written in your agreement of sale for me to stay there!! I can't wait to see what you build together!!

July is in the rear view window but still need to celebrate the wins and my clients!! 2 clients found their new homes, 4 properties are under contract, 3 tenants got into new homes, the rest are new rental properties listed for sale.

I have been to a lot of settlements and every one of them is unique and special. This was a first for me to have 2 settlements in one day where they were friends! We did back to back settlements with lender, Chris Fretz with Movement Mortgage and Greater Montgomery Settlement Services was the title company for both. One buyer looked for over a year with a short break over the winter waiting for the perfect home to come up. We weren't looking at Split level homes but here we are at the settlement table. The 2nd buyers were out with me looking for a short time this year and after looking at 6 homes in a day, we went our ways and they stopped at a random yard sale that led us to this home that was coming soon. They both went under contract on homes the same day. Fast forward to Friday, where this group of great friends bought their homes on the same day too. Notice their matching shirts that they surprised me with. It was really a fun day celebrating them both. Big shout out to my clients for being the best to work with! Also, would like to thank Chris Fretz for stepping up when Melissa at GMSS was a bit behind from another settlement to finish ours ahead of schedule. Melissa rocked our settlements while remaining calm, cool and collected.

When I say I am blessed, I AM SO BLESSED! Thank you to my clients and professionals that I work with because without you I could not do it alone.
