Gratitude Post
Today marks 1 year since I started Keswick Mortgage Group. I left a very large company so that I would have the freedom to do what I love, the way I wanted to do it. There was too much of a disconnect between my clients and I, I wasn’t getting to know them like I used to. And I wasn’t okay with that. I much prefer doing business with people I know and I feel like most people are the same way. So I took a step back from all the technology & automation and started doing business the old fashioned way.
I’d love to say everything has been perfect since I opened the doors here but that’s simply not true. While it’s been great, I’ve made mistakes, had some growing pains and hit some bumps in the road. But I’ve learned from all of it, made some changes and I think it’s safe to say my clients and referral partners appreciate the way I run things.
None of this would’ve been possible without the love, support & trust of way too many people to mention. But I have to give a huge shout out to my team at Lending Heights Mortgage. This is the best professional partnership I’ve ever had, partnering with anyone else would’ve been a mistake. I also have to thank David Ayoub for being patient & persistent with me. We had talked for probably two years before I made the decision to open Keswick Mortgage Group, I greatly appreciate all the talks, support, advice & guidance along the way.
