Every home has a story and this one was especially meaningful. Yesterday, I had the honor of helping a client sell the home where he and his wife built a life together.

As he prepared for a move to senior living, he said goodbye to far more than four walls and a roof. He closed the door on a chapter filled with love, family, and decades of cherished memories. For more than 20 years, this home was the backdrop for birthdays, holiday gatherings, family dinners, and quiet evenings.

Moments like these remind me that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, their stories, and being trusted to help guide them through some of life's biggest transitions. I am incredibly grateful for the trust he placed in me and for the opportunity to listen to the stories that made this house a home. I hope this home will continue to be filled with as much love, laughter, and happiness as it held for so many years.
