Most of you know I love reading fiction, but lately I’ve been trying to bring more nonfiction into my rotation. Two books, one newer and one that I’m just now getting to, really stuck with me.

I listened to The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins on my commute and it had me pausing the book to reflect. Some chapters aren’t for everyone, but it helped me understand myself (and others) in a deeper way.

Start With Why by Simon Sinek gave me so many "aha" moments. It’s about knowing your driving purpose or belief and applies to both business and life. I loved how he breaks down the “why” vs. the “what/how” behind the most inspiring leaders and companies.

Any other nonfiction reads I should pick up next?"
